About this month’s presenter:

Mark McGinty is an accomplished Learning & Development leader with nearly two decades of experience designing and delivering impactful learning strategies across diverse industries. Currently serving as Director of Learning and Development at Post Consumer Brands, Mark leads a new enterprise-wide learning team focused on delivering high-quality learning solutions that support both manufacturing and corporate functions.

His career spans key roles at Daikin Applied Americas, Cargill, and Target Corporation, where he has held various L&D roles including facilitation, instructional design, curriculum development, business consulting, program management and leadership. Mark holds an MBA from Xavier University and a BBA in Finance from Stetson University. He is certified in High Impact Learning through Advantage Performance Group and has been recognized with multiple industry awards, including the Brandon Hall Excellence in Technology Award and Target’s Learning and Development Leadership Award. Passionate about making learning simple and relatable, Mark combines deep expertise with a collaborative approach to empower individuals and organizations to thrive.
