Sarah Smist is a seasoned learning and development leader with over 17 years of experience driving innovation in corporate education.
As Director of Training and Education within HCA Healthcare’s Digital Transformation and Innovation team, she specializes in developing training strategies for new healthcare solutions, integrating emerging technologies, and optimizing learning experiences. Sarah is passionate about transforming how organizations approach learning and growth.
She also serves as Chair of Boise State’s Organizational Performance and Workplace Learning Industry Advisory Board.
