L&D Happy Hour

May’s L&D happy hour is all about welcoming new people and making connections easier. Whether this is your first time attending or you’ve been before, the evening is designed to help everyone feel included and comfortable joining the conversation. We’ll have friendly “ambassadors” on hand to help introduce new attendees and spark connections, so no one has to navigate the room alone. Come meet new faces, reconnect with familiar ones, and enjoy an easy, low‑pressure way to be part of the L&D community.

What is the L&D happy hour?

The monthly learning & development happy hour is an informal, fun, and free gathering where learning professionals come together to relax, chat, and make new connections.

It’s typically on the first Thursday of each month starting at 4:30 pm central time (with some exceptions). Come to our office in the Midway neighborhood of Saint Paul to unwind, connect, and share a toast with fellow L&D professionals.
