2026 Event Information
Day: Wednesday, August 5
Time: 11:30 to 3:30 CDT
Location: Metropolitan Ballroom, Golden Valley, MN
This year’s featured speakers Brandon Carson and Markus Bernhardt present: The AI-Powered Workforce: Signals from the Undercurrent. They will challenge us to look beyond the “surface wave” of individual AI tool adoption and into the deeper organizational “undercurrent” reshaping how companies are structured and led.
Drawing on their CEO’s roadmap and the latest workforce research, they’ll share real-world signals from the market—what’s working, what’s stalling, and why giving leaders and practitioners a pragmatic, evidence-based framework for moving from AI pilots to structural change.
Start thinking now about nominations for Learning Leader of the Year; we’ll begin accepting them in May.
And there’s more!
We’re capping off the summit with a happy hour at the same venue to keep the conversations going. The Learning Objectives band will be treating us to another live performance. The band is made up of a group of multi-talented learning professionals that were first assembled for our 40th anniversary celebration last November.
