Launching, Governing, and Learning from Generative AI
Date: Tuesday, April 20
Time: 9:00 to 11:00 a.m.

Generative AI is here, and L&D teams are navigating its impact in real time. How are organizations actually doing it? What’s working, what’s failing, and what does the road ahead look like?
Join us for a peer panel discussion where your L&D peers share their firsthand experiences with generative AI, from enterprise rollouts to the day-to-day shifts happening for individuals and teams.
You’ll learn about:
- How companies are structuring AI adoption including governance models, rollout strategies, and decision-making frameworks.
- Evolving L&D and other roles: how responsibilities, skill sets, and team structures are shifting.
- Day-to-day impact: what’s changing for practitioners, teams, and stakeholders.
- Obstacles and lessons learned: challenges the panelists have navigated and best practices that worked.
- Making the case: how to advocate for—or thoughtfully push back on—AI adoption.
- Best practices for sustainable, responsible AI integration.
