Topic: Leading Learning in Difficult Times
Unprecedented. Challenging. Tumultuous. Chaotic. There is no shortage of descriptors for the disruptive nature of the onset of COVID-19. In times of great change, uncertainty goes hand in hand with the opportunity for resilience and adaptation. That opportunity has enabled your teams to try new things and forced your learners to engage in new ways. Leading in difficult times is stressful, but with the right mindset it can also be rewarding in impactful and sustainable ways.
Join us as Paul Langlois, CLO at Ecolab, leads a virtual session that will touch on the following:
- Identifying opportunities from disruption – turning new needs into new actions
- Responding to those opportunities – leading organizational learning innovation
- Creating lasting takeaways – deciding what to keep and let go of, and what needs to continue to evolve in the long run
Paul will share his learning leadership experience during the pandemic and engage you, the Roundtable community, in reflecting on all you’ve done to lead your own teams through this time as well as looking forward to how to benefit from that work in the future.
Where: Virtual session
When: 2:30 – 4:00 pm, Thursday, May 28th
