Featuring Eric McClellan, Sr. Manager, Training and Mike Willis, Director – Training & Development at Repairify

Repairify employs more than 400 technicians with mechanical and collision repair experience. In general, these types of roles are filled with learners who typically learn best through experience and a “hands-on” approach.
The training and development department has a mission to train these staff at scale. Using adaptive learning and other tools, they are able to match a learner’s ability to the knowledge they need. The discussion will cover their new journey into adaptive learning and the technologies helping them to achieve these goals into the future.
